Silentflex® transformer vibration pads are effective vibration isolators specially designed for static electrical machines of low, medium and high voltage. They demonstrate excellent damping properties and are highly reliable and durable.

State-of-the-art technology and extensive experience in vibration and noise insulation enables us to adapt vibration mounts to the widest range of electrical transformers with different weights and capacities.

The transformer or any other equipment on wheels is mounted directly on the anti-vibration mount, which is fixed to the floor and ensures high stability of the equipment. There is no need to remove the wheels as the vibration isolator is designed to accommodate most of the wheels normally used for transformers.

The vibration damper can be of two types: a high-strength spring with:

1) a stainless steel metal cushion, or

2) vulcanised rubber inside.

These vibration dampers are designed specifically for transformers, so they effectively reduce structural noise by isolating over 99% of the vibration generated by electrical transformers.
