The 954412 Silentflex® vibration mounts consist of an upper shell and a lower sole made of steel, coated with a layer of paint that acts as a protective layer for the steel parts. Inside there is a central axis made of aluminum and an elastic element of the mount represented by a metal cushion made of stainless steel wire.

This shock absorber has been designed to withstand the same loads both in compression and in tension at a natural frequency of 15 – 20 Hz.

Thanks to the reinforcement with radial metal cushions it can withstand dynamic horizontal stresses of high intensity, which allows its multiple applications in isolating transported material on-board ships, trains, automobile transport, construction machinery, etc.
