Silentflex® anti-vibration floating slab is our patented technology (international patent no. PCT/ES2008/000469), which is a floating concrete floor with reliable and high-strength metal containers that allow you to adjust the height of the floor and withstood loads thanks to the springs located inside the containers and filled with damping stainless steel metal cushions for better performance.

Our customised anti-vibration slab can be installed quickly and easily on any surface that needs insulation and can be adapted to any load with special foot screws. The system has an integrated leveling of the entire slab assembly and therefore it can be leveled (raised and lowered) even with the equipment installed on it, which can be attached directly to the floor for greater stability.

This system demonstrates excellent vibration insulation properties: in a noise isolation test measured according to ISO 717-2, the sound insulation was 55 dB, according to independent studies by the Applus laboratory in Cerdanyola del Vallés (Barcelona).
