Flexible bush

Description

The elastic bush (the most widely used model of vibration mounts and shock absorbers) is an elastic coupling made of high strength elastomer material enclosed between two cylindrical metal sleeves. They are designed to replace greased bushings when it is necessary to limit vibrations, wear and noise in mechanical joints.

The flexible joint can easily withstand the radial static load, axial load, maximum torsion angle and conical angle. Ideal for use as a shock absorber or isolator for high frequency vibrations and to reduce friction and eliminate play between moving parts and components. It is used to connect mechanical parts between which there must be a flexible connection.

The flexible bush is suitable for any type of equipment in which axial, radial, conical (torsion) loads take place. At a very competitive price, you can get rid of tough, greased joints.

In the automotive industry, the flexible bush is used at both ends of shock absorbers, internal combustion engine mounts, industrial vehicles, machine tools, vibrating tables, construction machinery, granite cutting machines, soil sifters, industrial vibrating screens, machinery used in granite, sand, limestone quarries, food industry, canning factories, military vehicles, etc.
