Axial Inox vibration mounts

Description

Silentflex® Axial Inox vibration isolators are all-metal dampers capable of isolating vibrations in a wide range of industrial and onboard equipment. The elastic element of all-metal vibration mounts of the Axial Inox series is made of 100% stainless steel wire.

The Axial Inox metal damper consists of a case, a steel base with mounting holes and a central axis for the upper fixing made of 6082-T6 aluminum (on request, the axis can be supplied in galvanized or stainless steel).

Internally, the damping is achieved through advanced metal anti-vibration cushions specially adapted to the applications for which this support is intended. To protect the anti-vibration case from corrosion, it can be supplied painted or zinc plated.

The design of the Silentflex® Axial Inox mounts allows them to work in compression and traction creating excellent shock-absorbing semi-rigid points to withstand significant horizontal dynamic forces. 

This Vibration Mount can be used to isolate material transported onboard naval, railway, and terrestrial transport, as well as in construction and agricultural machinery (exhaust pipes, motors, rotating machines, rotating electrical machines, etc.).

Axial Inox Vibration Isolator is used for motors, generators, and pumps. Vibration Damper for pipes, pipelines, presses, crushers and other industrial machines.
